We collect only what you choose to send us through our forms: your name, email address, phone number or WhatsApp number, organization, destination country, delivery address, and the message or product list you submit in a project enquiry or quotation request.
The app and website also store, on your own device, your basket and saved items so they are still there next time. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you submit a quotation request.
We use your details solely to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange delivery and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
The app has no user accounts and does not process payments. We do not use advertising identifiers or third-party analytics inside the app. Orders are quotation requests; payment arrangements are agreed directly with you.
Messages are delivered to our email. We share information only with service providers needed to deliver your order (for example shipping companies), or if the law requires it.
Messages are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our server and email. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the business purpose or legal obligations.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing info@globalline.af. You can clear the app's local data any time by clearing its storage or uninstalling it.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults, and are not directed at children.
